When I started to make a reputation with Cenarion Expedition I did it once repeatable Quest "Identify Plant Parts" and than lady Lauranna Thar'well did not give it Quest to me again.

I think it only gives you that quest, if you are below a certain reputation level, but i'm not sure.
If you'd like to raise your reputation with them, the best way is to turn in Coilfang Armaments. You can get them by running the Serpentshrine Cavern dungeons (you also get rep for killing the mobs there + the CA turn-ins afterwards) & the mobs there drop a quest starter item, turn that in and afterwards you can turn-in the CAs as well. After that you can get the CAs from the AH. They are mostly cheap (less than 1 gold / piece).
1 CA should give you around 75 rep.
I prefer doing quests, since they give gold + reputation and also achievements towards Loremaster and 3000 quests.
