bear aggro prob on lich

Hellooo,

i'm having some problem on lich king aggro.
i keep losing aggro on lich king and even the raging spirits.
i did not have any problem in any raid bosses including the first 11 ICC boss...
it seems that its only happening on lich king and the raging spirits.
even with Hunter MD and Rouge ToT, the add randomly loses aggro suddenly.

I'm a bear tank 5.9gs.. high end raiding gear... hits/expertise capped.
my talent is same as bis end game bear and rotation is also not a problem(if it was i would have problem on other bosses as well).

is this some kind of bear aggro bug on lich king/raging spirits?
I've check everything... my recount shows no misss/parry/dodge so its def not my hit/exp
im on high end raiding gear with enchants gem etc...
i had no problem on first 11 bosses aggro and it doesnt make sense that
its only happening in lichking.. INCLUDING the raging spirits (this is even with MD and ToTT)
ive checked omen threat, im at 100 always.. dps around 60-80% aggro
is it me or is it some aggro bug?

LK is supposet to reset aggro, but only on phases.

You loose threat only when someone gets to 110-130% of your threat (based on range). So it doesnt seem like an aggro problem, unless your Omen is broken.

Who do you loose threat to? (I am thinking that if you loose threat some time after pull so suddenly.. it just seems like some dps or pet uses taunt or taunt-like ability. Or prot pally his aoe taunt.)
