lord is 1x with buffed raids and a coin shop for cosmetics only.
icecrown si 7x with normal raids and a full coin shop.
frostmourne is a 7x progressive realm with a limited coin shop.
blackrock is instant 80 pvp, no pve content. not sure of coin shop.
