Hello guys. I wanted to know if the hc version of the cloak from gunship is better than the the cloaks from frost badges? Or even better than vereesa’s dexterity? I’m arp capped so I don’t require one just for the arp stat

claok order goes: Vereesa's > Shadowvault slayers > onslaught cape
When it comes to BiS list and max dps, Vereesas and Umbrage are the best items u can use, but the stat diference btwn this combo and Toskz and Gunship cloak is so small it wont ever matter.
If u use Toskz u can use Gunship Cloak and consider urself almost BiS, u dont need to do RS nor coin Vereesas in that case...
