so i was playing today and i noticed that my keg smash was not applying the dizzying haze effect onto elite targets! does anyone know why this could be? its annoying cuz it also means that my breath of fire spell does not apply the DOT effect either and so lowers my DPS making it a little harder to kill things! any help would be great thanks.
