Hello. I have problems with donating... I'm trying for 1 week to donate and failed everytime.. I set all information and when click on pay the loading circle starts and nothing.. I'm waiting everytime 10-12 min a just close the window and try on the next day...

Hello. More then 12 hours ago, i bought 10 coins for my account. My money was withdrawn from my credit card, but coins don't coming. I have proof about this transaction from my bank. Help me please to solve this problem.
