The Ring of the Ashen Verdict

I got the character Boldpotato via Warmane Trade with exalted reputation of Ashen Verdict but without the ring of Ashen Verdict. And now I can't get that ring from the NPC in ICC. I wrote an ingame ticket about the issue but already 2 days no answer. Help please!

Posting the same issue on forum where GMs don't even look won't achieve anything. Wait for a reply to your ticket in-game and a GM will send you a new one.
