Hey im playing on the new Frostmourne server and i cant seem to runforge the heirloom axe? Any1 elese have the same problem? It says "item is too low level"

You need ilvl 60 to runeforge, heirlooms are ilvl 1 and not before Cata were able to get runeforged.
