Where to find Death Knight starting item set for transmog

Where to find Death Knight Starting item sets for transmog ... i search on web and found Quartermaster Ozorg in acherus of ebon hold .... but i can't find him on acherus ... plz help me ...

Err... You can only get them for once when you are lvling. I doubt that you can get them again. If you really like them, you may try coin store?

oops ... it would b pricy :D ..... i'm trying to find Quartermaster Ozorg in acherus and also in the shadow vault ...... but can't find him ... :( i have done all the it's all fun and game quest chains .... but can't still find him :(

It means there's no way to get them other than recreate your dk
