When playing unholy dk pve, should i refresh diseases right before they disappear(like frost dk), or to wait their last tick, then refresh after that and is it dps gain or loss?
Refreshing diseases like frost dks do would require you to use glyph of disease which is a no go, you have some far superior situational glyphs (Dark Death, Death and Decay). You'll need to manually re-apply diseases and clipping them isn't something you should be concerned with.
I'd still advise consulting yourself with the forum user "dike" as he's basically the only one aware of how current state <insert anything here> is.
