Farming Herbs in Ulduaar

I just wanted to ask whether it is allowed to farm herbs in Ulduaar Instance without using bots ?

Yes I do agree but i think a member from my guild was banned for farming herbs in ulduaar and he wasnt even using bot. I would request Gamemaster to answer this query of mine
