Spell ranks bug?

Are you sure you ticked both "unavailable" and "available" spells under the filter tab? You can't train rank 3 if you didn't train rank 2.
You have rank 1 now so maybe you unticked the "available" spells under the filter which would explain why it's not showing rank 2 to you.
