How can i get my toons transfered to diferent realm?

Go to My account-->Services-->Choose Neltharion then your character then select Free services and finaly Expansion conversion
Unfortunately its for level 85 characters only, I have a level 62 character and a level 64 character and it wont let me change to MoP, bummer :(
