S2 gear from honor?

Does this become available during S3 sometime? I could have swore that was a thing. Hoping someone here knows.

Edit: I'm on outland. So asking about TBC specifically.

Season 2 gear is available for honor during Season 4

is there a date for this or perhaps somewhere one can see the entire progression schedule for the servers, if such exists?
