[ANSWERED]Banned for nothing

i have been banned for ninja looting but i haven't done. In a ICC 25 n that i was leading there were a mistake and i gave a back to the second high roll because i saw wrong. The dk that rolled the highest gone berserk. I tryed to resolve speaking to the second high roll to give the back to the Dk. Tryed also to say sorry for the mistake but the Dk doesn't wanted to listen and opened a ticket to ban me for ninja looting. Now i'm banned for 1 month and 4 weeks for a mistake for what i apologized 10.000 times. I don't think is correct. Waiting to listen the opinion of the staff.
