stuck under the ground

Hi sorry i 'm french . (my english is poor)

On my character , malar , in frostmoune .
I have a problem :
- my corpse is under the ground i can't find it.
- In graveyard no angel (guardian of souls) for rez

I made an in-game request that has not been answered.

Can you do something, or do I have to recreate a DK character

From the website go into
My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free*>Character Unstuck
It's free.
