I cannot continue on this quest chain (sons of hodir). I am on the 'Forging an alliance' step, however I cannot talk to 'Njormeld' or the king. Njormeld has a quest, but I cannot interact with him.
I have cleaned my cache and wtf folder, not update, and I even tried after a server restart.
Please let me know what I should do, because right now I can't continue on the Sons of Hodir reputation.
