Would it be better to sit around 900 ish resilience with extra 200 armor pen or a flat 1100 resilience with no extra armor pen for general use in arenas and battlegrounds?
200 arp alone isn't very useful, so I would stick to the resilience. Arp is a stat that gives you more the more you have it, so unless you got 50%+ armor penetration, this stat is not too good.
