Getting Artisan First Aid from a quest bugged?

Hello there sexy forum people,

I've been trying to max my first aid profession but i have ran into a bit of an issue involving the Triage quest given out by Doctor Gregory Victor in the Arathi Highlands. I have found myself unable to start that quest, even though im at the right level and have my journeyman first aid is maxed to 225. If this quest is really bugged does is there a another way to reach artisan first aid or am i just screwed?

As far as I remember, you don't need to do the Triage quest anymore. Just go learn Artisan in Dalaran from the Grand Master First Aid trainer and go up to level 450.
