Constantly being disconected form the server

I am joined the server today, after a long time I haven't played. Played for like 5 Minutes and being disconnected with a message only. You have been disconnected from the server. I tried and tried but sometimes I've been dc by entering the world.

Some solutions, please Help.

I've also gotten a lot of dc's today, critical errors etc.

It's becoming more and more.
