PVP - KT Mace or S3 Weapon?

Trying to figure out how good the KT mace energy proc is.. is it worth buying for s3 or is it better to just get the s3 weapon?

Late answer but still. As long as the mace is bugged and has a proc rate that says 9-14 PPM the KT mace is quite a lot better then S3. For sure use that if you have it available
