Maximum characters on realm PROBLEM

I sold my 10th character on trade and i wanted to create a new one and massage "You already have the maximum number of characters allowed on this REALM. "appeared. I was like oke i need to wait maybe 10 minutes and its fine, problem is that already 2-3h passed till then and same problem appears. So does anyone have experience with this kind of issue and how much will i need to wait? Just to know if there is any chance to make a character today or i can forget about it for now

im still not f***** able to create a new one, so its been 12 hours !!
