BIS Weapon for SUB PVP

Im about to buy my first BIS and I'd like to buy an off hand Dagger.
I wonder if theres anything better than Lungbreaker, cause beside others it has armor penetration.

Can you link your rogue on the armory, I doubt you want to buy an offhand dagger as your first BiS item as sub. As sub your offhand is White Dmg, Weapon Speed = Shiv Energy Cost, and just plain old stats

Edit: To answer your question yes Lung is the best because it has the best stats as offhand and the fastest atk speed 1.4, you'll be using poisons on it like crippling poison which don't depend on how fast your weapon atks always a 50% apply chance. Unlike wounding that depends so you put in on a slow 1.8 dagger.

Second option that a lot of people use is http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=50654 because of swag points(especially tmog) and expertise racials. Though shiv will cost one energy more to do because of the slower weapon speed, no joke.

Other then that you can use the wrathful weapons but they aren't immediately BiS I use them as offhand weapon swaps for different poisons or when I need more resil.

Offhand doesn't really matter that much just pick something with 1.4-1.5 weapon speed

Get http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=50736 a lot of abilities are based on your main hand weapon damage and speed, this will boost your damage.
If you ever get another one get: http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=54590
and after that get the PVE offset: boots rings belt bracers

Since you main set is mostly pvp you'd be getting it by just playing a lot outside of the shoulders who need 2k in 3s

While at this topic, what is the difference btwn an offhand DAGGER 1.4speed vs AXE 1.5speed?
Is there anything big about this, or its w/e which one you use?

The dagger will basically always be better, unless you value, what is it like 3 expertise on your orc? Same can be said for humans that use the wrathful sword over the wrathful dagger. You basically just get a cool factor, it's an axe that goes on your back that has the same stats as Lungbreaker, only 0.1 slower. So your shiv will cost 1 energy more, also statistically over a long time playing you'll apply the offhand poison(let's say crippling) less because it's 50% static apply rate and 0.1 slower weapon. Also the axe can be transmogged into thunderfury, so you can belong to the cool kids. Even though every dude and his mother has that transmog about now, even me.

The mainreason to go for the axe is that it drops of gunship, which is pugable even in heroic and so its fairly easy to get. That way you dont have to donate at all since lungbreaker is hard to get via pugging.
