Looking for a stand alone healthbar addon

These are some pictures of the kind of addon I am looking for. This may be something that Xperl, pitbull or one of those could do , I just cannot figure out how to make it

I am specifically talking about the health bar percentages to the left and right of the character. One displaying personal and the other, opponent's health percentages. These are taken from a PVP video in the 2.4.3 patch. If anyone has something like this or knows how it can be done, or what addon it is, please let me know!!

any addon with "HUD" word

Give ArcHUD a shot, I haven't used it in ages but it's got some decent HUD features.
