This quest requires you to search through chests to find the shrunken head of an archaeologist however all of these cheats are locked. When I use my pick lock skill, it doesn’t work. I am lvl 17 and the quest is lvl 18. What am I doing wrong? Is the quest bugged? Searched the bug forum but didn’t find anything on this quest.
