I hope somebody has a good solution for this. The best I've found so far is an addon called Turn In that can automate NPC interactions. I just have it set to accept and turn in quests for now, but it can do a lot more. I should mention that I still have to click on the NPC initially.

Just a quick update on this. I found a thread on Jamba that everyone seems to use with newer versions of WoW. Someone linked to an old version that works with TBC that AFAIK is the only working source. It has replaced Turn In for me and does a bunch of other useful things.

That was me. But im still struggling without IWT, not so big problem but i hate to click on Vendors, FP masters and some other stuff. Was way easyer life on 3.3.5 servers. if anone finds something for IWT plz post, i will keep digging for it. So BUMP!
