The Tome of Divinity

Hello I am new to this server and just used a instant level 80 on my paladin, however I do not have the redemption ability and the NPC (if i recall correctly) is Duthorian Rall that is supposed to give you the quest, although my memory could be wrong about that, is not giving me the quest. I am just looking for someone to help me get my redemption abilty, thank you.

If you are a draenei you'll need another NPC I believe. If that's not the case you may need to submit a ticket.
