It might just be my lack of knowledge, and I feel like this is a pretty dumb question, but what is considered the best weapon for restoration druids to have in arena? If you look at the 2v2 and 3v3 ladder, none of the topped ranked druids have Val'anyr, but instead use heroic Royal Scepter. If this has been asked before I apologize, but all I really want to know is what the BiS PVP weapon is for restoration druids and why.
Or is it the 2h staff from LK? It gives alot of spirit
I would say Royal Sceptre in arena. Valanyr becomes more useful in larger scenarios because you can heal a lot more targets meaning that is much easier to proc and you can also weapon swap to royal sceptre when you get the proc if you really need to win that fight.
You will have more spellpower and resilience with 1h+Offhand than with 2h staff so you can completely ignore the staff because resto druids don't go oom.
