Character expac moving bugged.

I tried to move my Hunter from Outland to Froustmourne. And it's already almost 72 hours, and nothing happened. And now it's also gone from my Account chars. No idea why. GM in the game told me to write a ticket on a website, but I got no bans, so I can send it there. So he told me to message info email but no response either. Will try to open it here. Thanks
