Going Bearback (quest)

Is it possible to do the quest Going bearback? I spend couple oh hours waiting for spawn Frostworgs for the quest and did not even see. I just have never see them on the given terrinory. Am i doing smth wrong or some problems with spwn i don't know. Tell me please what i have to do?

Well. I solved the problem cuz of some disconnects. But I faced a new problem. I want to finish the quest cuz about reputation with Sons of Hodir. I finished the chain of quests and my reputation is Exalted now. But I can't see Intendant now. What happend?

You need to keep the referral quest in your questlog permanently in order to be able to use the quartermaster.

How did you complete the quest?
