Rod of The Sun King vs Talon of Azshara ?

Guys i know combat swords best choice for rogue in PVE.

I have [Merciless Gladiator's Quickblade] in my off hand.

I have [Rod of the Sun King] and [Talon of Azshara] for my main hand.

So i can use {Rod of The Sun King] and [Merciless Gladiator's Quickblade] mace/sword spec or [Talon of Azshara] and [Merciless Gladiator's Quickblade] sword/sword spec.

[Rod of The Sun King] has more damage range than Talon and has a great proc chance for energy pooling but i need to give my talent points to mace spec because of its not a sword and mace spec is useless in pve than sword spec. Also [Talon of Azshara] has hit rating and agility which is very important stats for pve and my talents are better with [Talon of Azshara] because i don't lose talent points when i use double sword because of sword spec.

My question is: Should i go with {Rod of The Sun King] and [Merciless Gladiator's Quickblade] mace/sword spec OR [Talon of Azshara] and [Merciless Gladiator's Quickblade] sword/sword spec for PVE.
