I can't collect vote points

I have a char with 1505 achievements points on blackrock, it is outside of trade, daily log ingame.

When i try to get points on website, it says "you don't have any point to collect".

I would like to get a name change but how I'm supposed to get them? What are the requirements, isn't 1k achievement like ICC?

achievements from Blackrock does not count

I have no chars on lordaeron or icc on that account. So there is no way to collect them?

If you only have characters on an instant-max level server - which doesn't counts for the purposes of getting points for obvious reason - that's correct.

for what do you need Points btw?

On Blackrock there is no Point Store for items and Faction change is already free

Well I wanted a name change, can't do that by faction change. I guess I'll renounce.

Any of mods can explain plz how to get Legate activity rank if you are playing only on Blackrock?
