I just installed a bunch of addons. But not all off the addons shows up in the addon list inside the game. It seems I can not find the problem, so I need help!

You got a list of the addons you tried to install?
I've seen problems before if you download an addon for an older version 2.2 etc you'll need to change the <addon>.toc file and edit the version number for it to show within the Addons window.
