Yes, this. There was a reason the 2 wotlk servers were merged to begin with. I remember when there were like 3000 people online and it was impossible to pug (literally) - so you needed to be in a guild to actually do something. It was a mess at one point and the game got so boring for puggers that some actually left leading to even crappier pug experience. People like me who work and study at the same time and never have a stable schedule NEED to be able to pug and imho that is easy right now as compared to before. Sure, it may take some time to assemble icc25 (mostly cause of insane gs requirements) but in the end, it is possible, especially during peak hours. Not like before when after 2 hours of trying everyone got upset and alt f4-ed and rather went to watch some tv. May occassionally happen but not that much.
