Random enchantment on items in store

Hey boys,

I was looking on the coin store for the item Forgotten Necklace, specifically "of the bandit". However, the item is on store, but with the caption "random enchantment". If I were to buy this from coin store, is it just rng on what I would get as the enchantment, or is there a way to purchase "of the bandit"?
