Can i catch up

Hello,
Can i catch up with gear until ICC drops?

Without a doubt yes, toc 5 hc also drops higher ilvl compared to the other dungeons that are currently available on Frostmourne, not to mention that toc 10/25 isnt really hard to do whenever its with a guild or a pug run, most things that will wipe you in toc is going to be faction champions on 25 man for pugs.
For regular guild runs you should have zero issues clearing normal.
Catching up is not hard at all.

Hi, since the new arena season suddenly I see a lot of ppl with 232 furious weapons but I don't see those purchasable in game. Do you think they have bought them with coins or is there a hidden place to buy them with honor?

They were only available to purchase in-game during the actual furious season, now you can purchase the relentless weapons instead.
