Character Restoration Details

Greetings,

I came back to playing WoW and as on my old account there was no active characters, I've decided to create a new one and keep playing.

1. Today I noticed that in Character Restoration service there are 2 my characters that are possible to restore, yet I don't remember details of these characters like what class/race/lvl they are. Is it possible to receive this information in any way? This would mean a lot to me.

1a. My current character has the same nickname as one listed in Character Restoration, what will happen when I restore a character that has the same name as the one that is already existing?

I really keep my fingers crossed for the first question, it literally brought a lot of excitement back to me.
