I would suggest my guild but It's in the developing process and you're most likely looking for a steady guild, So I would suggest hitting up "Phenomena" They're a top tier guild that do raids at around 6pm / 7pm Server Time, Send a message to "Hyperfast" In game and I'm sure they'll Invite you (: !
If you're NA on the other hand maybe try "Threat" They're newer then most guilds but got very experienced players. Their raiding times are around 3am - 4am ST if im not mistaken.
