Am i missing someting????

Okay so i cant get Cloud serpant riding on my DK because i cant get the starting quest called "Wild things" http://www.wowhead.com/quest=30134/wild-things from the NPC http://www.wowhead.com/npc=58564/elder-anli . Ive been exalted for a long time with the Order of the cloud serpant http://i.imgur.com/hlj4uBW.jpg?1 so im really puzzled!
