WotLK ability bars with talent detection and more

Hi all.

This is my version of PAB "Party Ability Bars" for WotLK.

Added:
- many new spells (thanks Lawz)
- talent detection (thanks to Lawz again for the menial work), which means a talent won't show up unless your partner is specced into it
- checkbox-based config
- fixed bauble icon
- added "rows per line" setting

Note: the folder needs to be renamed to PAB

Amazing. Does it also fix the icons for spells like intervene, vanish etc?

Yes, that's also fixed. Also includes the "reset" spells working properly (prep, cold snap, etc)

Fix racials (there was a bit of code to display them, but they'd never go "on cooldown").
Also fix a bug where you couldn't hide a talent spell from showing up by unchecking its box.
