Need advice on which set is better on my case

Hi, Im seeking for some help to decide which one would be better for my toon. I recently got both 264il t10 legs and chest but im not sure if the 4p t10 bonus is worth more than what i'm currently using.

I would be changing ikfirus hc, gangrenous nm and frostbrood ring hc for sanct t10 leg/chest and signet of twilight nm to not lose that much hit.

P.S Usually, I dont have this problems on my dk cuz I use Kahorie's DK Sim, if there is something similar for rogues that i can use would be great.

As far I know 4/5 t10 is worth at BIS / near BIS.

There is hardly any difference between 4pc t10 and 2pc t10. Although my personal preference is going with 2pc t10 due to different reasons.
Firstly your white crit cap in 4pc is way lower than 2pc t10. At bis gear in 2 pc t10 your white crit cap should be around 60-61% while its way lower in 4pc t10.
Secondly the proc from 4 set bonus is only valuable if you are going Evi spec, i dont know about horde faction but on ally rupture always excels compare to evi spec. Thirdly it is far easy to gear up as 2pc t10 than 4pc t10 including heroic marks.

As far off set items for sets are as follow:
According to spreadsheet, VDW ring is BIS for 2pc t10 and Halion hc ring is bis for 4pc t10. Although my personal preference is going with halion ring over vdw ring in 2pc t10. When you are usin VDW ring then you are able to put hit gems on gloves and bracers most likely while if you compare stats of both rings, halion one excels abit more.

So first of all
The gunship chest heroic is best in slot so don't upgrade to 4t10 until you get the correct pieces imo.
HOWEVER
I think it's bis for comb and not assa not sure.
