Doubts about trade

I would like to know if there is any option, where you can trade accounts, or you can simply change a character you have, to one that I can have, ie If I have a DK, and I want a Priest, is there any way that a GM or Game Staff change me to that dk by the priest?

Surely it sounds absurd, or something impossible to do, but anyway it is a small doubt that I have.

Surely they will tell me to donate, or sell that DK, but then I have a heroic character, nobody would spend almost 300 to 400 coins.

With the right advertising you can sell any character via trade of course. People will buy the character trust me, gear is one thing, but you cannot buy achievements and HKs.
