Encore is a universal community with a variety of players but mostly North American. We migrated from Wow-one/Feenix as <Ashes Incarnate> to continue game play in The Burning Crusade. Encore's officers and raid leaders are efficient players with many years of experience in the game from raid leading to content clearance and everything in between.
What You Can Expect from Us:

What We Expect from You:
- Attunement to Tempest Keep: The Eye & Attunement to Serpentshrine Cavern.
- Compliance to learn. If we feel that something you may be doing or decisions you are making can be improved we will push it onto you.
- Initiative to take on the necessary tasks to improve and maintain the aptitude to raid.
- The use of the following addons; Omen, DBM, Pallypower, Any kind of raid frames.
- Teamspeak and a Headset, preferably with a microphone.
- Tanks must be able to speak with microphone and fluent English.
Raiding Schedule
- Raid invitations may start as early as 11:30 PM server time.
- Raids end at 04:00 AM server time.
- Currently raiding two days a week, Monday and Tuesday(subject to change with the addition of another day).

Loot System
We use Loot Council with highly experienced and knowledgeable leaders on the council ready to determine where loot is distributed. Loot may be distributed for a number of reasons which include but are not limited to; percent value, contributions of the player, player rank and commitment.
Generally percent value is the weight of the decision made to further improve the core strength of the guild for future progression and limiting downtime in raids.
Social Information
Our community speaks in English and it is vital for any player to understand the English language to an extent in order to be delegated in raid encounters. We have the goal to once again conquer the latest content and progress Sunwell Plateau picking up where we left off before. On that note, we are relatively laid back and focus on providing enjoyment for each other in the game. Most of us have been friends for a very long time and will go out of our way to have a good laugh all the while efficiently progressing through content. The most respectable characteristic a new player can bring to the table is the will to learn and withdraw criticism. If we feel that you could use improvement, there is no need to take offense. As well if you feel that we are being unfair, always ask questions and we will answer respectively.
