How to get Felhunter

Can anyone please tell at what level do you get the felhunter quest ,and where do I get it (is it a part of a chain quest etc.)

,I'm a lvl 46 lock and allready got Imp,Succubus and Voidwalker ?

As far as i remember its lvl 30 quest you can take it at warlock trainer its chain with a lot of walking but first one sents you to ratchet i think then chain continious
