I am somewhat new to this server, and just hit 70 on the outland realm. I see people with PVP ranks, how are these obtained? Just like vanilla? I remember ranks being removed in TBC

They are technically a custom feature added to our TBC and Wrath realms to put those titles to use and give the PvPers something to do. You can earn the titles simply by earning honorable kills.
