How to deal with AWarr/Hpala in 2v2?

So little bit about myself, me and my friend are playing disco/frost (me being disco). We have many diferrent toons above 2000rat ( feral/disco, Rshaman/Destro etc. ) but we wanted to try smhting new. Both of our toons are almost BIS ( WF head missing).

But we have big problems against BIS Awarrs/Hpalas. We usually burn their trinkets and palas divine shield but thats it. I just cant survive warrior for any longer cos pressure from him and damage is too high and i usually dont have any CDs by this time.

Out tactics is usually to CC pala with 3xpoly, then fear into mindcontrol if its possible but warrior is hard to kill, sometimes we try to CC warr and manaburn or kill Hpala but its hard to keeep warr in CC cos of dispells and bersker rage. Sometimes it works but we win like 2 from 10 arenas against Hpala / Awarr

How do you deal with this comp guys?
