Need help!Addon problems.

Hi guys!
Just joined the community,downloaded the wotlk cliet(not wotlk old)
Made an account logged in game,at first,cinematic, rezolution was the lowest had to accept the EULA etc.in game made new video settings.
Closed the game,when i opened it again,the same thing,cinematic,the EULA again,accepted,the same lowest resolution,it seems it doesnt remeber the setings after i close the game.
And another thing,after i log on to the realm in caracter select the addon button doesnt show up.
Can someone help,or maybe experienced the same problem.

Right click the wow folder > properties > uncheck read only

Thx!that solved the cinematic,EULA<etc issue,but still cant find the addons button while in character selection.

you need to have addons placed in the interface>addons folder for the button to show up. and im pretty sure they have to be unzipped files.
