Exchange PVP Weapons

Hi, i wanted to check if there was any possibility to excahnge a recently bought PVP weapon back for honor and marks, as i screwed up.
I remeber on live servers back in TBC the GMs would roll back the items for any account once(So you cant abuse this).
Is there something similar here? Also where would i create the ticket, the ingame function just redirects me to the website, where i can only create ban appeal tickets?

No, you are not able to swap back items.
I'd say I am reallly sorry for the inconvenience as I do know how much is needed for the weapon grind.
