Banned for BOT

you do NOT have to use a BOT to get banned for bot. It HAPPENS!!!

And how is that? people just report you and no one investigates? because I've been reported for botting, and if not for INVESTIGATIONS, I would be in your position, but I'm not.

Sholazar basin. they never would tell me why, and I asked. my guess i hurt someones feelings when i killed them and they reported me as bot and there never was an investigation. I was playing, and got kicked "for bot". Never have used a bot in any game that I play. Kinda takes the fun away from playing...I would think.

They dont ban you without evidence.

I'm sorry sweety, but either you were hacked and a bot was ran on your account, or, you're lying about something. Unfortunately, I have to DEFEND this GM team, because I've been reported for botting on several occassions, and apparently, one of them had OBS videos of me "botting". This was obviously investigated and logically observed, because I wasn't banned for anything, because I wasn't botting.

How did you contact the GM team? ingame or on the forum? because you can try to appeal your ban on the forums. I'm not sure what the likely hood of an unban is, but it never hurts to try. @_@

If you find your account banned, start by accepting that there was a reason, which will be shown at your My Account section. The reason will be in general words, without specifics, but it will be there, and for an account to be banned something has happened. Do note that even if those might be dealt with faster, they are still checked, so being banned for something else and trying to send an email to claim you're on a banned IP isn't going to work - or leave you with a good image on serious appeals.

Either there's evidence of botting on your account, your you landed on banned IP on your (free) VPN.

never used a VPN or a bot. did the ban appeal and Smyth said I was banned for bot. I never used a bot in any game. they never said anything about being hacked and I have no way to show if I was. all i know is that i was found guilty of something i have never done and no way to prove that I did nothing wrong.

Send an appeal like you have been told and be patient about it, if you are innocent like you claim to be chances are you will get unbanned, but making drama on the forums won't help you. Investigating a bot takes a lot of time, you have to literally observe them, message them and do all sorts of things to find out if they are botting, so it's kinda hard to believe you were truly doing nothing, maybe as somebody said they hacked your account. Either way just send the appeal and be patient about it.
