When I fire my Frozen Orb at ppl it just strikes for the first time and than it gets bugged... Just doesn't do any dmg after that... Anyone else ?

This is bugged from the beggining.
No it wasn't... Mine worked properly untill this update :O
If this is a new bug, then go ahead and create a new issue to track it.
